The Grass Path is a new block added in Snapshot: 15w35e. The block can be found at Standard Grass blocks. To get it, do right click with a shovel on a grass block ME(Palaude2de) doesn't know anything about it but this so, go on this Wiki page and change it when u found some stuff about the Grass Path.
